The motivation behind this photoshoot escapes me. All I can remember is that I had gone to the dollar store one weekend. Saw some shiny balloons. And decided to buy them.
I had no plans just thought they looked cool. It was nowhere near my birthday either so I couldn’t even pretend that that was why I bought them.
I tend to do this a lot though. I see something cool. Decide to buy it. And then I last minute pull together a photoshoot around that item. I once bought a deer skull and did the same thing. I guess it’s my strange compulsion. Don’t mind me.
Anyway, my model/photographer friend Emily was always down to shoot so I called her in. She pulled her HMUA friend, Rachael, in as well and we got to shooting.
